Our BPO originated by virtue of our internal requirements of our projects and gradually arose as a separate vertical. The state of the art infrastructure consisting of 40 seats (scalable up to 75 seats) for domestic voice&non-voice processes and International non-voice processes, is fully scalable, secure, robust, modular to meet customer expectations. The team comprising of young dynamic professionals with extensive experience in BPO industry, has delivered critical projects within timelines and per defined SoPs in a cost-effective manner.
